ありえない事
二年が経過します。人知を越えた現象をもたらすのは自然の常ですが、自然要因も人的要因のどちらも時間と空間の両方を前提条件とするのは自明です。40～50年の原子力発電所の稼働期間と2万年近い高レベル放射性廃棄物の管理期間とでは想定する前提条件が違います。その期間で地震、津波などの頻度を考える事は長い科学的見地が必要です。また、破壊、逃避行動、被災地への到達難、法の制約、政府の決断などの人的要素はそれこそ想像能力です。当時は全てのマスコミが繰り返しこの言葉をつかっていたものです。その言葉とは"予想外の"、"予想を超えた"というものです。あの日からしばらく予想外という言葉で片付けられました。
なぜなのか？
科学的見地を報道しないだけでなく、短絡的に結論を急がせ、感情的な要因で煽る事の先導役となるマスメディアの風潮。それらを覆い片付ける好都合の言葉が予想外というものではなかったか。深く考えるための正しい情報が伝えられなければ僕らも考える力を削がれる。
かつて科学は想像を拡張してくれるものでした。わくわくも、おののきもです。 さて、3.11の前まで、科学の長い視点は理解されずファンタジーとして扱われてきました。3.11の後、報道は変わったんだろうか。僕らの思考の深度は変わったんだろうか。うーん。元に戻っちゃいないだろうか？

3.11 Two years later the day. Every mass-communication media repeatedly speak us laudly the word. The word is "unexpectedly" "beyond expectedly". Always Natural is beyond Human thought. We should think about Natural factor and Human factor. As an example, Earthquake, Tsunami, disconstruction, escape behavior, Difficulty of accessing to disaster area, constraints of the law, Goverment dicision. Fatal accident had cleared the Word "beyond expectedly" the days. It the specious notion of the people. Imagination itself have been enlarge by a Science. But recently, the Science is not develop our imaginations.
why ?.
Scientist may have been give up to explain since King of specious notion does not only broadcast a scientific viewpoint, but also they beats mistake loud.
Before 3.11, after 3.11. Is depth of the people's consideration change?. Are we going to return back again?.
