おまえは橋の下で拾われたんだよ。子どもの成績が親の期待を遥かに超えたり、両親に似ても似つかぬ時にも冗談まじりで使うこのフレーズ。ホントなら確実に親子関係を崩壊させるかつての禁句バルスワード。出エジプト記の主役モーセも実母に川へ流され、エジプト王妃に拾われます。川に子を捨て橋で拾いあげられるのが象徴だったのでしょうか。その橋にもいろいろあります。代表的なのは河川にかかる橋ですが、河川にかかる橋ばかりではなく、線路や道路をまたぐ橋もある。陸橋と言われるのがその代表。道路をまたぐ橋は跨道橋と呼ばれ、線路をまたぐ橋は跨線橋と呼ばれます。橋は構造体や形状そのものだけでも観光の目玉となるような場合もあります。普段見ることのない高い場所から陸地を見るのは神の目になったような気がするものですし、橋の下から見上げる橋も手の届かない異空間をつなぐ道のようにも感じます。さてさて写真は現代の跨道橋。昔の橋のような陰気な場所ではなくこの橋の下で拾われてもあんまり悲壮感はありませんし切迫感もありません。むしろ、のんきな感じです。

From Soil To Soil

用なし命も無し。使い道も走る道も自動車の周りにはもうない。大概のモノは放置しておくと土に還る。この用なし自動車も本当はまだ動くんだろうがムリヤリ土に還されてる途中。用なしって事と使い道がないってことは別な意味だが使い道があっても用なしにさせられる事もある。この自動車も走る道の無い所に追い込まれて用なしだ。用がなくなるとある意味、命の終わり。しかし生命と同じではないのは明らかだ。使命という命もあるが崇高さがないのでこれじゃなさそう。終えた命は用命だな。もともと用命とは用事をいいつける事を指すのだが、用途によって居ることを許された命と言い換えておく。用途っていうのは字の如く用いるみち、使い道の事。この車も使い道の走る道を閉ざされた事で用命を終えた。枯れて生命を産み出す土に還る。その土には使い道がない。そう。方や土は用があろうとなかろうと生命を産み出し続ける。

ある線を境に、野菜の流通量が大幅に変化するそうです。

Satoyama::Hard to translate word

里山。里山とは人里近くにある、生活に結びついた山や森林。薪(たきぎ)や山菜の採取などに利用される。人の手が入ることで生態系のつりあいがとれている地域を指し、山林に隣接する農地と集落を含めていうこともある。

生物農薬

"生物農薬"という単語を見ると、得体の知れない恐ろしい未知のウィルスを使った生物兵器のように思える人は普通の感覚です。しかしそれは刷り込みで、ここを読み進めるうちにリセットされるかもしれません。害虫をこの生物農薬に食べ尽くしてもらおうというのがこの"生物農薬"。この農薬、2008年に農林水産省に農薬登録が承認されました。名前をスワルスキーカブリダニと言います。オランダのコパート社が特許を保有しております。(http://www.koppert.com) 「このダニは地中海東岸に生息し、もともとイスラエル、イタリア、キプロスとエジプトに野生種が生息しています。」（オールアバウトスワルスキーのホームページより）

ホームページによるとスワルスキーカブリダニは、生物分類上は"ムチカブリダニ亜科"というカブリダニ科の一種のようですが"カタカブリダニ亜科"という分類でも公開されているかもしれません。生物学者は数あるダニの違いを見た目から判断しているとの事で、カブリダニ科としては間違いないようですが、ムチかカタかはあやふやなようです。 (ダニの生物分類)

では、どんな害虫を退治するのかと言うと、"アザミウマ"というあたかも馬面のような縦長の昆虫です。アザミに生息している事が多く、子供達の遊び「馬出よ（うまいでよ）」とアザミの花を手のひら上でポンポンと叩くと花の奥から出てきた事からこの名前が付きました。4月から10月まで咲き続けるアザミは全国に野生しており、どこでも見る事ができるでしょう。このアザミウマ。殺虫対策は皆無でした。効果のある化学薬品が無くお手上げだったようです。様々なウィルスを媒介する事も悩みの昆虫で、野菜づくりに弊害をもたらす昆虫です。アザミウマは表面を削るように葉の表面を齧ってエサを食べます。植物はそこから病気や腐ったりしますので、対策がないこの昆虫の存在は非常に厄介だったわけです。

In Israel, A. swirskii is also frequently found in citrus crops.　the name Amblyseius swirskii is always used to refer to this predatory mite. In publications, it may also be referred to as Typhlodromips swirskii.　This is the same creature but with a different 'forename' (genus). Then, what Swirskii eats?. They eats thrips(Thysanoptera). Thrips called "Azami-Uma" in Japan. "Azami" means thistle and "Uma" means Horse. Thrips is looks like horse face, and allmost all they live in a thistle. Azami-Uma named Japanese children's play and tap thistle on hand with mantra like that --"Uma Ideyo!(Come on horse from inside thistle!)". Thistle blooms from April to October, You can see everywhere in Japan. Try to tap it with mantra "Uma-Ideyo!".



生物農薬を使った野菜と聞くと気味悪く思えますが、益虫としてのダニを知るとダニが可愛らしく見えてきます。写真中央右上に見える白い粒状のものがスワルスキーカブリダニです。山に入って葉っぱについてるダニを見かけたらゾーッとしますが、カブリダニというのが分っていると何も気味悪くないというのが不思議。
ちなみにアザミ。スコットランドの国花です。スコットランドのアザミウマは相当大事にされているんじゃないだろうか

さくら餅の葉っぱが好きです。

表題のアレロパシーとは、ある植物が他の植物の成長を邪魔したり、促したりする作用のこと。日本語で「他感作用」とも言ったりします。農業の分野で最近流行している「コンパニオンプランツ」もその考えの一つです。日本で春に一斉に花咲く桜にもアレロパシー物質があります。その物質はクマリン（coumarin）と呼ばれ桜の葉に含まれています。樹上で青々と茂っている時にはクマリン酸という形で放散しないのですが、加水・塩蔵することで一旦分解したあと再結合し、クマリンが形成されます。桜餅を包んでいるあの葉っぱが出す独特の香りがクマリンなのだそうです。クマリンは抗菌作用、抗血液凝固などの作用があり、血栓防止薬として利用されているようです。しかし毒性のあることも分っていて採り過ぎると毒です。大量に摂取すると何でも毒になるんですよ。薬も毒も表裏一体。ソメイヨシノでも八重桜でも葉から生成させるクマリンは一緒らしい。あの匂いが好きなんですよね。

写真では桜の花びらに注目してばかりですが、すでに葉っぱが生い茂っている所が多い。これからは桜の葉っぱを眺めながらクマリンの事も考えるようになりそう。

これはサイロです。
表示からスミスハーベスターシステムと読み取れます。調べたところ当時のスミス社ハーベスターシステムというサイロパッケージである事が分かりました。現在はCSTインダストリーズという社名でした。サイロというとだいたい穀物の貯蔵や軍事施設のミサイル格納庫を表します。どちらも円柱形が共通項です。このサイロシステムは穀物格納庫ではなく液体を一次貯留していました。残念ながら現在は使われておりません。撤去もされずモニュメント化しています。「あれは何ですか」と問うて初めて、かつて生乳の集乳をしていた事に到達します。何の記念碑でもありませんが活用法を見いだして残せるなら残す方策を探りたいものです。遺構というにもまだ新しすぎますし(一部の写真はレンズの影響でケラレています。)

3時間ずーっと試食に付き合わされてしまいました。農家の事務所に仕事の説明に訪れたところ、作っている加工品をみせてくれました。この農家は自前の農産物を自分で加工することにチャレンジしています。一例では栗、ゆず、たけのこ、さといもなどなど。テーブルは次から次へと出てくる加工品で占領されてしまいました。歓迎を越えて、実験に入ってしまったようです。初対面ですよ。

とおくてよくみえない・・・

"モー" おはようございます。牛の鳴く声は聞こえますが・・・
私の住む近隣の地域にはたくさん酪農家がいます。しかも牛を多く飼っているのが特徴です。ほとんどは乳牛で、代表的な牛種はホルスタイン。ブラウンスイスとジャージー牛を飼っている農家もほんの少しおります。この二牛種は国内では非常に稀ですね。

丁度いい脂肪分と乳量のホルスタインは牛乳に、ジャージーは濃厚さがアイスクリームにベストマッチ、ブラウンスイスはチーズの原料に適しています。牛の種でさまざまな用途に違いがあるのですが、牛乳のほとんどはまぜこぜにされてDairy Companies(ミルクカンパニー）に買い取られます。明治とか森永とか。取引相手が大きいだけに酪農家は従わざるを得ません。小規模な農家は果てしないコストダウンを大きな取引相手から要望されつづけていくのです。こういった状況から抜け出すお手伝いにと、農家から直接の生乳を購入したいという消費者もいますが、法律が許さないのか保健所はそれを認めません。こういったことには規制緩和の話は出てきませんね。むしろ逆に規制を強化する方向に動いています。規制緩和は必要としている人には全く関係なく、推し進めたい人に都合が向いている事は最早知らぬ者はありません。

どうでもいいけど、牛はどこ？　かすんでてよく見えない・・・

Holstein milk is match to drink for moderate fat. Jersey is for Ice Cream. Brown-Swiss's condenses into a Cheese. Most of milk is for the transaction to dairy companies. They need much more production and require farmer for their effort to be cost down. Consumer might buy milk from farmer directly if ready to permit in law, but public health department don't permit transaction between consumer and farmer direct because of obviate accident. They don't consider about it as a part of Easing of regulation.

"Easing of regulations" is not for people, but for the Big companies, isn't it ?

Anyway, Where is a cow ? I can see nothing.

高く上がった太陽は眩しい。 眩しいのが太陽ってもんです

人生の中で何度まじまじと太陽を見る機会があったかな？意識して太陽を見た記憶は片手で数える程度ですね。たまたまそんな日輪様の姿を、朝にお目にかける事ができたのは、こんな風にガスがかかった時だったからです。お天道様が高くあがった先に目を向ける事が無いので、こんな時に視線の向くまま見える太陽以外のモノも新鮮で珍しく感じます。

霧が多い時は光が届かず遮られるというよりも水分に色が吸収されているのでしょうか。外界を知覚する機関、目と網膜。視覚があっても色覚がなければ世の中から得られる事は随分単調でしょう。この色の無い朝も濃霧の時以外は見る事も無かったでしょう。まぶしさが減衰するとこうも色の少ない世界になるものなのですね。そうそう。小さい頃に見た"おひさま"はもっとまぶしかったものです。子供の頃は目の中にある光の受容体が敏感で大人よりもまぶしく感じる事もあるんだとか。 太陽は40年前も今もまぶしさはそんなに変わっていないはずだとは思いますが。

霜降り肉って食べますか？　これは、草食動物が高カロリー物を食べ続けたらどうなるかという話です。 牛は草食なのが普通です。モグモグする時間が長い上に胃が４つもある牛。草食のくせにあの図体になるには相当の時間がかかります。肉を売るにも牛乳を売るにも、マーケットを牛耳って市場を占有するには牛という生き物は育つのが遅すぎ。独占を目論む商社は「もっと儲けたいのにこれは困った。」となったわけですね。より多くの商品を必要としている商業者と多く売る事ができるという期待を持った生産者は粗飼料を与えるのを止め、育ちのより早い方法を試みました。それが濃厚飼料、高穀類比率の給餌です。国内牛肉ランクには一頭の牛から取れる肉の量に応じたA～Cランク、そして肉質に応じた１～５のランクがあります。濃厚飼料を与えられたアンガス種という牛は目論み通り肉の量も肉質も期待できる結果を出しました。ところがこの濃厚飼料は草食である牛の胃に過度な酸性をもたらします。胃酸過多ですね。ストレスも増え、過脂肪になった牛は病気がちになります。抵抗力が落ちるから当然です。霜降り肉というのは超肥満体牛の肉で、人間と同じで胃潰瘍や脂肪肝です。「霜降り肉おいしいおいしい」と言って食べてられるのは、ある意味、無知のうちだけです。世の風潮としてA-5の肉を目指して畜牛するということは、病気になるように育てているという事ですね。

さて、濃厚飼料を与えられ抵抗力の落ちた牛の胃で何が起きたか。大腸菌が合成を繰り返し、1982年に腸管出血性大腸菌O-157となって現れました。1982年まではO-157は地球上に存在しておりませんでした。濃厚飼料を牛に与えた為に産み出された火之迦具土神（ひのかぐつちのかみ；加具土命）のようです。

味では濃厚飼料より劣る粗飼料ですが、牛の餌には非常に適しています。ホールクロップサイレージ(所謂WCS)とはまさに粗飼料のことで、コーン全てを餌にします。細かーく裁断し乳酸発酵させるため圧縮野積みします。これは酸素不足にし酸素と雑菌による腐敗が起こらないようにしているのです。細かく裁断するのがコツです。酪農家は大変慎重にこれに時間をかけているわけです。

Coarse feed(grass fed) is proper and good for a cow, but taste is inferior from grain fed. "Whole Crop Silage" is for grass feed contain the whole of corn, cutting quite smaller. It piled on a field with sealing. See follow photo.
Piling is important and necessary to be shortage oxygen for the lactate fermentation. Oxygen with germs causes contamination decay. The farmer needs to be cautiously.

2004,5年に輸入量が全くゼロになっているのは、BSEの影響です。生育月齢の制約や、牛骨粉を使ったえさ、危険部位などが取り除かれないまま輸入されているなどが話題になったのはこの頃。月齢90日以内の畜牛肉の輸入しか認めていなかった日本もいよいよ2012年11月から制約を緩和しました。どういった影響が出るか、結果はこれから。

Dense fog covered whole city::Fog::

きたか有害物質PM2.5

残念。PM2.5ではありませんでした。
前の日までの気温は温か。春が近いんだなと思わしといて、
この日、寒冷前線に覆われてしまいました。この時期に何度か寒冷前線の波状攻撃がありました。
温かな大地と冷気とが遭遇するとだいたい霧が発生するものです。
ほとんどの霧は日照で暖められると消え去るものですが
この日の霧は昼過ぎでも消えず、しばらく白かった。

Oops. It's not PM2.5.
Feel warm til the day fefore.
The next day, cold front line invaded this area.
So warmed ground becomes foggy arounc.
Usually almost fog is used to clear by the sunrise,
but vast covering fog lasterd until noon.

In Japanese, Fog has various name by different situation. Representatively called "Kiri" "Gasu" "Moya" "Tsuyu", and typical name by time and occation, "Yo-kiri" "Yo-tsuyu" "Asa-tsuyu" "Asa-moya" etc. Now these words are originary noun word, but ancient time in Japan, this word has conjugation, it worked as Verbal. "霧らう" "Ki-rau" means being fog situation.
Scientifically, Japanese "Kiri" and friends are all the same as "Fog".

太いヤツしか見た事ない。細いとどうなる。

もうすぐ「出会いと別れ」シーズンが日本に到来
日本人にとって特別の意味がある紅白。縞模様も放射状も。
ストライプは太くなっているのが普通で、細いストライプの模様はありません。
紅白は卒業式はもちろん、入学や歓迎式、授賞式や卒業式などなど、単なる祝いというよりおめでたいハレの場に使われます。
放射状のものはかつて戦前の日本の国旗に紅白と太陽の昇る姿が使われていましたし。
ほとんどは幕に使われ、この写真のように壁にペイントすることはほとんどありません。

このほかに、不幸事だけに使われる縞模様もあります。それは黒と白のストライプです。
この店の閉店残念感を表すには白黒の方が正しい意味でしょうけど、紅白の絵の方がより寂寥感あるのが皮肉です。


Red and White stripe.
The stripe means delight event in non varbal Japenese, it's a symbol. The srtipe should be bold if it's narrow one. Using for welcome party, some Award ceremony and Graduation and more. Our national flag was composited red and white with rising sun in the prewar. Almost all the stripe has been use for curtain, not to paint such like the photo.

Black and White stripe is used unhappy situation.
But the photo show us correct meaning of it without using black and white film.

Spirit walk this way

おばけを撮影してしまいました。

フラッシュを使っていないこの写真はどちらも夕暮れ
かすかな光がある暗い場所では見間違えることがしばしばあります。
カメラでも昼間には良い人に写せたのに、夜にはおばけになってしまったり

水戸芸術館とJR日立駅にて撮影。
上の写真は磯崎新と三上建築事務所の設計による水戸芸術館。
下は妹島和代設計のJR東日本常磐線の日立駅舎。
残像がかすかに残っていますが、気づきますか?


I got taken photo a Ghost.

Both was taken without flash in early evening.
The eyes at light in the dark often take mistake to see an object,
Good in the day light, you may see things evil in the dark.
It occurs on Camera too.

The shot at Art Center Mito and Hitachi station on JR Jo-ban Line. (JR=Japan Railway)
Upper photo is Art Center Mito that was archtected by Arata Isozaki with Mikami archtects.
Under photo is Hitachi station that was archtected by Kazuyo Sejima.(She is Co-representation of SANAA.)
Ghost is not in this photo. It's a walking person. Could you see moving person like afterimage ?

A Part of Eight Views

In winter at dusk, It is just like the "Shu-getsu". Full Moon from the thin cloud.

Shu-getsu means "Autumn Moon" in Japanese, Like poetary saying - a part of "Eight Views". It name of veiw is formed from the "Eight Views of Xiaoxiang". Misty light from the Moon brings us special view like something afflated.


Strange shape Lens flare on it.

薄曇のなかからの満月
冬だけど秋月。 月からの光だけで見えるのは実際にはかなり絞られています。

Unlike in always day

雪が降り、ちょっとしたパニックがあちこちで起きていました。
雪が積もるだけなのですが、がらりと風景が変わりいつもと違う日常が現れます。
雪が降ると、見えてなかった"誰かさん"の行動の痕跡が見えます。
ハンコみたいなモノとでもいいましょうかね

足跡、タイヤ痕、沢山の人の存在。こんな所をこんな風に歩いてたんだ。走ったんだその人。みたいな


Unlike in always day,
Accumulated snow shows us invisible somebody's marking.
Like a moment stamp.
Footprints, chew tracks into snow, exist number of people.

Accumulated roof show us how much of snow fall.
Too many tiled roof is in this city and around.
The snow on tiled roof isn't good for house.
Iced on the roof because snow is not drop off.
Heavy roof becoming more heavy.
In heavy snowfall area, people don't use tiled roof because of a snow.

New Year's Morning

家族と年越し
ニョーボとふたりの娘 が自分の住んでいる部屋に「行きたい」って事で十和田からわざわざはるばる。
元日の朝、お出かけする用事があり、偶然にも日の出を見ることができて手を合わせました。
どこの国にも太陽信仰がありますが、日本では神道の天照大神や仏教の大日如来は太陽が擬人化した存在を表すようです。

これこれお前ら、手を合わせるのが先でござんしょ？　わーとかきゃーとか言ってないでほれほれ。んもー写真撮ってばかりいないでコラコラ。コラー!!

今年壱年、ご加護下さい。パンパン

In Japanese, the Sun has been called various names as a Human like.
O-hi-sama,O-tentou-sama,Nichi-rin-sama and more.
"O" is prefix, it used to attach for polite prefix for things name,

e.g.)
O-mame-san mean beans, it is used only West Japan.
O-ka-san mean mother.
O-to-san mean father.
O-shisho-sama mean teacher of life.


"San" or "Sama" is suffix compellation.
Similar word is "Han". It is used only Kyoto and part of West Japan.
"Sama" or "San" means "Mr." or "Mrs.".
"San" is for same class, same age, closer relation like a family.
"Sama" is for the God or respecting elder person.
the Sun is not called "O-hi-san".
Because almost Japanese has special respection for the Sun.
Japanese Shin-to(type of animism) has many Gods, a part of member "Amateras" is symbol of the Sun.
In Buddism, A part of Most higher existance "Dai-nichi-nyorai(mahaavairocana)" is the Sun.
