Twilight AM 4:30. Sun just rising...
Here is rice field in my home city Towada. Main industry of my city is agriculture.
Recentry, the city constructed a alternative space for the contemporary arts.
It's called "Art Center Towada".
It seems no relative on latest context of the art. It was built for people of sightseeing or commerce business. You can see this Art center is managed by commerce,industry and employee division of the city. This is annoying things.
...Invest money for it was given from subsidy.

Huge amount of money come to my city from government and electric power complexes(incl Nuclear Power Plant Company) as subsidy fund. Almost of subsidies is settled restrictions for using money. It is only permited to use for events in the central city.

For, Artist can't create artwork at outside of central Towada city.
They can't know such circumstances and field.
In Japan, Almost Regional city depends on subsidy.

In the Hirosaki city Aomori prefecture, The group asks me that to try to launch "Food and Crafts Market" at Sep 24,25. We assists them vegetable distribution and sales operation as supported director. It is experimental trial, small and short term shop. The group member has passion with planning continueously operation. This small market Makes us to able to imagine Hopeful future.

I saw WFP warehouse twice.
I know WFP(World Food Programme). They are consisted by member of the United Nations. And their work is to distribute food and water to African & Central asian countries on reasons political famine or in the War situation. What WFP doing here? I didn't understand meanwhile. I got. They fight against the death within the disaster victims. Not only food shortage or poverty. WFP extend emergency aid from a humanitarian viewpoint. I knew WFP a little... It locates baseball ground in Ishinomaki city Iwate Pref, nearby Ishinomaki Senshu University. It too huge...

窮乏国や戦乱状態にある避難民などへの食糧供給を任務としている機関であるはずが、ＷＦＰ(国連世界食糧計画)がここで一体何を・・・。と思ってしばらくして「なるほど」と気付いた私。窮乏とか戦乱にある避難民だけを救済するのではなく、人道的な観点から緊急援助をするんだなと実感。これは岩手県石巻市、石巻専修大学近くのグラウンドにあったＷＦＰ倉庫。とにかく大きい。１６連結。

The other warehouse that I have see locates Yamamoto-cho athletic & cultural center in Yamamoto town, Fukushima Pref. It is too important functions to distribute food and any life goods. It worked base center for logistics.

こちらは福島県山元町にあったＷＦＰの倉庫。山元町体育文化センターが食糧支援基地となって、避難所への物流基地となっていた。８連結

Maybe Warehouse of WFP has the same capacity size from the building next to.

おそらく、倉庫のキャパシティは隣のセンターと同規模かそれ以上の広さがあると思われ。
