ありえない事

二年が経過します。人知を越えた現象をもたらすのは自然の常ですが、自然要因も人的要因のどちらも時間と空間の両方を前提条件とするのは自明です。40～50年の原子力発電所の稼働期間と2万年近い高レベル放射性廃棄物の管理期間とでは想定する前提条件が違います。その期間で地震、津波などの頻度を考える事は長い科学的見地が必要です。また、破壊、逃避行動、被災地への到達難、法の制約、政府の決断などの人的要素はそれこそ想像能力です。当時は全てのマスコミが繰り返しこの言葉をつかっていたものです。その言葉とは"予想外の"、"予想を超えた"というものです。あの日からしばらく予想外という言葉で片付けられました。
なぜなのか？
科学的見地を報道しないだけでなく、短絡的に結論を急がせ、感情的な要因で煽る事の先導役となるマスメディアの風潮。それらを覆い片付ける好都合の言葉が予想外というものではなかったか。深く考えるための正しい情報が伝えられなければ僕らも考える力を削がれる。

かつて科学は想像を拡張してくれるものでした。わくわくも、おののきもです。 さて、3.11の前まで、科学の長い視点は理解されずファンタジーとして扱われてきました。3.11の後、報道は変わったんだろうか。僕らの思考の深度は変わったんだろうか。うーん。元に戻っちゃいないだろうか？

We should think about Natural factor and Human factor. As an example, Earthquake, Tsunami, disconstruction, escape behavior, Difficulty of accessing to disaster area, constraints of the law, Goverment dicision. Fatal accident had cleared the Word "beyond expectedly" the days. It the specious notion of the people. Imagination itself have been enlarge by a Science. But recently, the Science is not develop our imaginations.
why ?.
Scientist may have been give up to explain since King of specious notion does not only broadcast a scientific viewpoint, but also they beats mistake loud.

Before 3.11, after 3.11. Is depth of the people's consideration change?. Are we going to return back again?.

Last year, the aftershock attacked 4/21 2011. Japan had stood in the dark.
There is too many bodies in the attacked area, nuclear power plant had continued contamination, and government malfunction coused dissapointment that covered people's mind. Every people hung in a difficult situation.

The shot is main street about my home town.
Electoric black out covered my home town.
It was coused by first huge aftershock.

I saw WFP warehouse twice.
I know WFP(World Food Programme). They are consisted by member of the United Nations. And their work is to distribute food and water to African & Central asian countries on reasons political famine or in the War situation. What WFP doing here? I didn't understand meanwhile. I got. They fight against the death within the disaster victims. Not only food shortage or poverty. WFP extend emergency aid from a humanitarian viewpoint. I knew WFP a little... It locates baseball ground in Ishinomaki city Iwate Pref, nearby Ishinomaki Senshu University. It too huge...

窮乏国や戦乱状態にある避難民などへの食糧供給を任務としている機関であるはずが、ＷＦＰ(国連世界食糧計画)がここで一体何を・・・。と思ってしばらくして「なるほど」と気付いた私。窮乏とか戦乱にある避難民だけを救済するのではなく、人道的な観点から緊急援助をするんだなと実感。これは岩手県石巻市、石巻専修大学近くのグラウンドにあったＷＦＰ倉庫。とにかく大きい。１６連結。

The other warehouse that I have see locates Yamamoto-cho athletic & cultural center in Yamamoto town, Fukushima Pref. It is too important functions to distribute food and any life goods. It worked base center for logistics.

こちらは福島県山元町にあったＷＦＰの倉庫。山元町体育文化センターが食糧支援基地となって、避難所への物流基地となっていた。８連結

Maybe Warehouse of WFP has the same capacity size from the building next to.

おそらく、倉庫のキャパシティは隣のセンターと同規模かそれ以上の広さがあると思われ。

I crossed the city's boundary with Minami-Soma and Soma city. Go straight to the limit to find farmer's market.

相馬と南相馬との境界を超える。限界まで南下する。

In halfway, I found the train station. Station name is Kashima. Kashima Station exists, but train doesn't come at all. Seeing announcement on the wall, It says "In 12 March AM7, We can announce that the Great earthquake occured yesturday, Several sector of the train line is now checking whole things. We don't know How much costs time to recover"

途中、駅を発見した。鹿島という駅だった。駅はあるのだが、電車は走っていない。張り紙がしてあった。「3月12日7時現在、昨日の巨大地震の影響により、各線区とも列車の運転見込みは立っておりません。ご旅行は中止していただきますようお願いいたします。」

I've arrived to brim of the World. Here is 20km distance from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Plant. There is the area that It is world of the PLUTO.

警戒区域境界に到着。ここから先は入れない。福島第一原子力発電所から２０キロ地点。伺い知る事ができない厳重な警備。ここから先がプルートの住む世界になってしまいました。

Candle Night was began to demonstrate carbon dioxide emissions reduction. After disaster, It means different a lillte. People concerns that doubts for economics growth, using energy and resorces, sympathy for victim's painful, pray for the dead, unite of revive eath other, and more.

二酸化炭素の排出削減のイベントだったキャンドルナイト。震災以後は意味合いがちょっと変わったような気がします。右肩あがり経済成長の夢を見させる青写真は疑問だし、少資源国・高浪費で経済維持というエネルギーの使い道これでいいわけないという考えに強くシフトし、電力供給源はホントにこれでいいのかという疑問が増幅されちゃった上に、被災し亡くなられた方々へのわずかながらの祈りで苦難を分かち合えればという気持ちが乗っかって、かならず復興しようという誓いが実現できますようにと思う反面、ホントに長くかかりそうなので気持ちを維持できるかなと自信が無くなりそうだったり。そんな複雑な勘定が織り込まれた意味合いになってました。

青森公立大学で開催されたキャンドルナイト。＜真の豊かさってこういうのもあるよね＞から＜鎮魂＞ていうカンジと言った方がいいのかなー。それを一つの言葉で表せず「とにかく笑顔がたくさんになりますようにー」とベタに笑顔を書いたったー。

How Nice Welsh onion isn't it! Japanese household always uses this long onion. It called "naga-negi". Naga means "long", negi means particular type of "onion". Japanese like it. It is long white, and looks softy. I found it at farmer's market. Buddhist and Hinduism both Nation prohibit to eat many type of onion. Samely in Muslim country. Allaah says that "Coming to the mosque after eating onions or garlic, or anything that has an offensive smell" to prohibit to eat before muslim pray.

こりゃいいネギだ。やわらかそうで触ると「キュッ」とした音が鳴る白い部分の多いねぎ。これは直売所でお見かけしたネギです。長ネギをはじめとするにんにくや玉ねぎのネギ属は、仏教国、ヒンドゥー教国ではかつて食べる事を禁じていたようです。イスラム教でも同様です。クサイんでしょうね。しかしまぁ…日本人はネギが好きです。日本特有の食物と言っていいかもしれません。

This market locates north distance approximately 30km from boundary of the off limit area. Off limit area was prepared radioactive contamination of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear power plant in prevent to exposure. Shin-chi Station of Japan Railway Company was smashed by tsunami, falling radioactive object was piled with fearful.

福島県南相馬市の警戒区域境界から北に30キロ程の場所にある新地町。新地町にあったJR新地駅は津波で線路ごと流されてしまいました。写真は線路があった"こせん橋"から見た、かつて駅のあった場所です。ホームをまたぐデッキだけが残りました。それだけではありません。この地区は風向きによっては放射性物質の降下にもさらされます。

The market is small, It looks to build in cheap. But this farmer's market doesn't give up to distribute, they hung it there on any situation. The name of the market is "あぐりや" a-gu-ri-ya. "あぐり" picks up from agri-culture. "や" is symbol of a job, it means a shop.

ここで頑張っている直売所「地場産市場あぐりや」。外観はこじんまり。そして民家を改築して継ぎ足したかのような「オンボロ」に見えるんです。

Inside of this farmer's market is wide. And it is organized. A little shortage occured for stricken field and farmer. Only regret is effection of the Nuclear power plant.

ところが中に入ってみると意外に広い。そして整理整頓が行き届いていて清潔。震災の影響で野菜の量はちょっと少ないけれど、この直売所は「あれ？もしかして、いい直売所？」と直感が働きました。

This is managing director Mr.Ishida. He is former representative of this market, one of the member of founder. This is nice market because this organization doesn't depend local government and any, They controls management of this market by themselves. He welcomed me, told me many stories and history of this market. "I Don't Lose" he said.

お話を伺ってみた取締役の石田氏。この直売所立ち上げの中心となってきた方です。独立独歩、農家の方々が主体的に運営しているというのです。そう。売り場からは人任せな感じがしなかった。行き届いた感じがしたんですね。残念なことに福島第一原子力発電所の影響で一部の野菜類の出荷制限がこの店にも暗い影を落としましたが、負けないぞと力強い言葉。

Watari Town, Miyagi Pref.

宮城県　亘理町

Here is the third-widest area flooded. The prefecture road No.10 is routes between Shiogama city and Watari town. I thought here is inland because road of embankment wall hides sight, I can't see seashore, I can see only rice field along the road, then Here is safe. later I understood here is distance about 2km far from sealine. 2km... tsunami invades 5km. I found farmer's market named "farm Sachi". "sachi" means "happiness" in japanese.

東日本大震災による津波浸水被害面積が、三番目に大きかった宮城県亘理町(わたりちょう)。宮城県道10号塩竃亘理線沿いにだいぶ内陸を走行していると思ったのだが、海岸から2キロ程度離れているだけだった。周囲の風景からは海岸線が全く見えない。そこで見つけたファーム幸という直売所。

Kanji charactor "調査" means "inspection" and "済" means "finished". Paper said Farm Sachi was flooded 1.0 meter from floor. I didn't know they open or not. I thought here is safe. No, Here is one of the tsunami flooded area.

浸水が1mもあった調査票が張られている。安全だと思ってましたが、間違ってました。さてさて、ファーム幸は営業しているのか。不明だった。

I found big advertisement wall along national road No.6. It says "Watari(town) market". I stopped to enter to Watari market.

同じ亘理町の国道6号沿いにデカデカとした看板の「わたり市場」が目についたので入ってみた。

Vegitables, fruits, they stacks foods in shortage situation.

野菜も果物も不足気味の中、なんとか品ぞろえされています。

This spinach come from neighbor city, Iwanuma.

隣町の岩沼市からも葉物も。

Garlic come out, It's allright. It can use for all cocking.

建設業、農業、仲卸など手広く事業をしているわたり市場の女将さん。自宅は常磐道の海岸側にあり全壊。それでもなんとか営業を継続しています。ご本人の写真載せちゃってゴメンなさい。

The shop -Seven-Eleven Oshiro 5 Chome- locates Between Shichi-ga-hama town and Tagajo city. This store started to sell in disaster area with such farmar's market way. They stands a tent and distributed many product in a specific vihcles because former shop was attacked and broke down with the quake. Money checking registerd with handy terminals. I think that it is the most evolutional sales way.

七ヶ浜町と多賀城市との境界近辺にある大代5丁目。このセブンイレブンの役割は大きい。元の店は営業できずにいたが、店先にテントを張りゴンドラを載せた専用トラックで供給。勘定決済はハンディターミナルで行っている。自分の目には最も進んだ商業形態に映った。来てもらう常設店舗でなく、どこにでも常設店舗が可能だからだ。

"This selling way starts up from here". This selling way is brought to other area from here. It seems to farmer's market.

「この形態で営業した最初のセブンイレブン店がこの店です」ここから各地に波及していった。見た目は直売所と同じだ。この逞しさには感服するばかりだ。

The marketing of the convenience store has 4 principles. One of the principle is "we must suite to needs rapidly". And proper buyers ordinarly choose products for "use or eat while 30 minites from point of parchase". This product line up is not "use/eat in 30 minites", but must be most needed product in this region.

コンビニエンスストアの原点となった商品採用のコンセプトは「30分以内に消費する商品」だ。この品ぞろえからは考えられないが、これこそがこの地域で必要とされている物だと言う事。

Tome city, Miyagi Pref.

登米市

Here is Tome City. Tome is famous by rice, about "Tome Rice". And Many farmer's market stand in region. Most stricken area, Ishinomaki city ask for Tome city about distribution a rice against food shotage, respond farmers in Tome carried tons of rice to Ishinomaki. We found farmer's market in Tome, nakada area.

登米市は米の名産地ゆえ、地名に"米"の字がついている。最もひどく被災した石巻からの要請で登米から数十俵の米を輸送した農業団体もある。登米の米「登米米」または「登米ライス」が有名だ。そして登米市は直売所も多い。その登米市中田地区にある直売所に立ち寄る。震災直後に停電し数日間営業できずにいた。

Here was Nakada Town, before combine a local gov't each other. Farmer's market was managed by farmers themselves not agricaltural organization or local gov't.

合併する前には中田町という名前だった場所で、その地区に住む農家が主体となって直売所を運営している。農協や行政が運営している直売所ではなく、農家自身の経営による直売所だ。

Mr.Chiba (Vice manager) says us "We are not victim, We support regional people with products".

「自分達は被災したわけではない。地域の方を支えて行く」という副店長の千葉さんの言葉が心強い。
